Smell the delicious smokiness as you enter 101 Williamson Street, and take a sharp left to encounter a new luxe contemporary bar experience in Bendigo, opening Friday 8 December 2023.
After visiting venues (and sampling what’s on offer) in Melbourne, Sydney and North America, we think we’ve nailed what our customers are looking for in a contemporary bar.
We’re creating a luxe modern bar, with timber, marble and moody lighting to add to our restaurant and private dining experience.
Showcasing 28 wines by the glass (and 300+ by the bottle) including the best local drops on offer and some interesting wines from further afield – including French champagne by the glass – the new bar will have something for everyone.
For those not into wine, the bar will have a supporting cast of spirits, beers and other beverages, including a decent alcohol-free selection. Cocktail drinkers will be impressed with our seasonal cocktail list, or their enthusiastic bar folk will shake you a martini to rival any in the world.
Snacks and delicious bar fare will be available directly from The Woodhouse restaurant, including meaty goodness direct from the grill.
Paul, Tony, Toryn, Steve and the friendly team look forward to welcoming you to new Woodhouse Bar & Grill. The bar will be open New Years’ Eve and throughout January too.
