Credit Card Confirmation
We require all guests making a booking with us to provide credit card details at the time of making a reservation. These details are stored within our booking system and can only be accessed by senior management. They are encrypted so are unable to be accessed by third parties. The safety and privacy of information is a top priority, and we will never disclose your information to others. We will never forward any of your information to third parties. We use the Open Table reservation system, they have strict policies around the security and safeguarding of your information.

The Woodhouse Restaurant will accept cancellations or amendments 24 hours prior to the reservation time and reserves the right to charge a fee for reservations which are:
- No showing or failing to show for a dining room reservation
- Reduction in guest numbers after confirmation
Any changes made within 24 hours of the booking may incur a fee of $50 per person which will be charged to your credit card.
* Please note that providing inaccurate credit card details will result in the automatic cancellation of the reservation.
