Reservations

Reservations can be easily made online for groups up to 8 guests.
For larger parties please complete this form or call us on 03 5443 8671

We have a 10 minute grace period to hold your reservation. Please call and leave a voice message if you will arrive any later than 10 minutes after your reservation time.

Tables of up to 3 guests are reserved for two hours.
Tables of up to 5 guests are reserved for two and half hours.
Please be aware that your table may be booked after your allocated period, and as such we will need the table available for the next reservation.
If you require a longer seating time, please reach out ahead of time to discuss and we will do our best to accommodate your party.

Woodhouse Bar reservation cannot be guaranteed to be swapped into the restaurant (as we may not have tables available).

Dietary requirements

Please let us know at the time of making your reservation if you have any dietary requirements.
We pride ourselves in being able to cater for a large range of dietary requirements.

Celebrations

Thank you for thinking of The Woodhouse for your next celebration.
Please call or email our team in advance to arrange a special drink on arrival, flowers for someone special or for a candle to be served with dessert. Please note there may be a cut of time for special orders.
Outside cakes are welcome to be brought in, however are subject to a cakeage fee of $5 per person.
Bottles of wine are subject to a corkage fee of $35 per 750ml bottle

Dining at The Woodhouse with children

Children of all ages are welcome at The Woodhouse. We do have a child’s menu for all children under 15 years old. If children are attending your reservation they must be included in the total number of guests for your booking.
High chairs are available upon request, however are limited. Please let us know when you book.

Vouchers

Guests are welcome to use multiple vouchers in a single transaction.

Please note that all vouchers have a 3-year expiration period and will not be honored after the expiration date.

Gift Voucher Terms & Conditions

  • Redemption: Present this gift voucher to redeem at The Woodhouse. The voucher is strictly valid for 36 months from the purchase date.
  • Expiry: We will not accept expired gift vouchers. Please ensure the voucher is redeemed before the expiration date.
  • Cash Redemption: Not redeemable for cash.
  • Transferability: Not transferable.
  • Lost or Stolen Vouchers: Please note that this voucher is not replaceable if lost or stolen. We advise you to keep it in a safe place, as we cannot issue a replacement under any circumstances.
  • Proof of ID for Redemption: If the recipient presents the gift voucher within 14 days of the purchase date, they may be asked to provide proof of ID (and a copy of this ID may be made).
